Meet the Founders

Dr. Daniella Curcio, PhD

I am a Professor of Anatomy at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and at the Yeshiva University School of Dental Medicine, in New York. Born in Brazil, I am the first daughter of two physicians who followed the same dream of earning a medical degree in Brazil in the 1960s and fought to put their children through school. My sister is a family doctor and my brother a researcher and biology professor. This is our home, our family. A place to meet mentors and friends, like-minded and like-hearted people who stand for the same value and kindle the same belief: that together, we go further.

So here we are, Building Bridges.
